PERRY, N.Y. — The communities of Silver Lake, Batavia, Perry, and throughout Wyoming County are mourning the tragic death of Jake Faryna, a beloved friend and community member whose life was cut short in a devastating accident.

Rodriguez also promised to honor his friend in a way that reflected their shared passion for cars and racing, writing that he would be “shredding” his tires in Jake’s memory.
